1. Dean Cain - Il a joué Superman dans la série "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" et est apparu dans "Supergirl" en tant que Jeremiah Danvers, le père adoptif de Supergirl/Kara Danvers.

2. Helen Slater - Elle a joué Supergirl dans le film de 1984 "Supergirl" et a eu un rôle dans "Supergirl" en tant qu'Eliza Danvers, la mère adoptive de Kara Danvers.

3. Lynda Carter - L'actrice emblématique qui a joué Wonder Woman dans la série télévisée des années 1970 a fait une apparition dans "Supergirl" en tant que présidente des États-Unis Olivia Marsdin.

4. Teri Hatcher - Elle a joué Lois Lane dans la série "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" et a eu un rôle de méchante dans "Supergirl".
